Get Holiday Ready with a Faux Fireplace!

Last year, our family was temporarily in a condo, with no fireplace. It wasn’t a big deal to me… until Christmas time, when my girls suddenly realized we had no where to hang our stockings and no way for Santa to get into our house! Uh oh!

So… we set to work to make a faux fireplace. We used all reclaimed wood and pallet boards, and used Minwax White Wash to give it it’s farmhouse finish. It turned out so cute, that even though we’ve moved into a bigger home with a fireplace… we had to bring it with us!
